  • Property bookings and token advances.
  • Premium or featured listings.
  • Paid advertisement services on the website.
  • Builder, broker, or agent promotional packages.
  • Customized or value-added services offered on a paid basis.
  • Any other services that require monetary payment through our platform.

We currently accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
  • Net Banking
  • Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
  • NEFT/IMPS/RTGS Bank Transfers (for offline booking)
  • Cheques or Demand Drafts (on a case-to-case basis, subject to approval)

We may add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.Payment Gateway Security

  • All online transactions are processed through secure, RBI-authorized third-party payment gateways.
  • We use SSL encryption across the website to protect your financial data.
  • Universal Ants Properties does not store or retain your credit/debit card, UPI ID, or wallet credentials.
  • In the event of a payment failure or gateway error, we recommend retrying or using an alternate method.

  • 4.Invoices and Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with transaction details.
  • A tax invoice or receipt will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email ID.
  • You can also request a soft/hard copy of the invoice for official or accounting use.

  • All service prices are displayed clearly at the point of purchase.
  • Prices may be listed inclusive or exclusive of GST, depending on the type of service.
  • Any promotional offers or discounts will be applied during checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; however, existing subscriptions or bookings will not be affected retroactively.

  • 6.Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy, except under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Unintentional overcharging or incorrect billing from our side.
  • Service was not rendered due to an internal fault or cancellation from our end.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@yourcompany.com within 7 days of the transaction. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, through the original mode of payment.

Note: Property booking amounts are non-refundable unless specified by the property owner, developer, or authorized agent

7.Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be requested based on the service type:

  • Property Bookings: Cancellation terms will follow the developer’s or agent’s contract. You may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of booking amount.
  • Featured Listings & Ads: Cancellations are allowed only before the listing is published or activated.
  • Other Services: Any cancellations must be approved by our support team and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a cancellation, please email support@yourcompany.com with your transaction ID and reason.

8.Taxes and Additional Charges

  • All transactions are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law.
  • The total amount payable will be clearly displayed before checkout.
  • In case of bank transfer or cheque payments, any additional transaction fees (e.g., bank charges) must be borne by the customer.

  • 9.Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact our billing team before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of your account or services.
  • If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we reserve the right to recover the chargeback amount and associated fees.

We are committed to resolving payment-related issues quickly and fairly.

10.Service Activation Timeline

  • Services such as premium listings or ad placements will be activated within 24–48 hours after successful payment and verification.
  • In case of offline payment modes like cheque or NEFT, services will begin only after payment confirmation.
  • For property bookings, activation timelines depend on the concerned developer or broker.

We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.

Continued use of paid services after any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
